How we keep sessions safe

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first

If the answer is not here, mail us — a person replies.

Will a coach play on my account?
No. Never. We refuse piloting in any form, by anyone. Coaching teaches you the game; it doesn't play it for you. If a coach offers to play your matches, report them and we remove them.
Is my payment safe?
You pay Meridevo, the company that operates rankrise — not the coach. We're the seller, and we're responsible for delivering the session. If something goes wrong, you raise a dispute inside the refund window and an operator reviews it.
How are coaches vetted?
Manual review of rank verification and hours-coached evidence, plus a signed agreement covering the practices we refuse to sell. We onboard coaches in waves — not as fast as we'd like, but every listing is checked before it goes live.
How do I book a session?
Pick a coach from the catalog, choose one of their packages, answer their intake questions, and pay. You're buying from Meridevo — if the session isn't delivered, we refund you.
How do I become a coach?
Apply with rank proof, recorded gameplay, and your coaching history. Every application is reviewed by hand, and you accept the white-services agreement before your first listing goes live.
What if nobody picks up my instant order?
Nothing is charged, because posting an order never asks for a card. If no coach puts their hand up before the order times out, it just closes. You can post again, or book a time with a specific coach instead.
