Where we draw the line

rankrise is built on the assumption that you want to actually get better at the game — not pay someone else to play it for you. We refuse to sell the services below, and we enforce that line with coach vetting, in-call session monitoring, and post-session review.

We don't sell

Four practices we will not accept from any coach, on any package, ever.

  1. 01

    Piloting

    A coach playing on a student's account, whether to climb rank, complete a quest, or carry a match. Includes 'I'll just log in for one match' and 'duo-queue while you watch'. We do live + duo coaching where the student is in the call and playing.

  2. 02

    Account sharing

    Sharing login credentials with a coach for any purpose — not for 'practice', not for 'a quick adjustment'. The coach never has your password. Every game we support has a way to coach without it.

  3. 03

    Guaranteed wins

    Marketing a package on a guaranteed rank outcome ('Diamond in 30 days'), a guaranteed win count, or a guaranteed leaderboard placement. Coaches are paid to teach — not to promise external outcomes the platform can't deliver.

  4. 04

    Account sales

    Buying or selling game accounts, smurf accounts, or boosted account access. Arranging account transfers between users falls under this too.

How we enforce it

  • Every coach passes a TOS gate at onboarding and a manual review before they can list a package.

  • Live sessions record screen + voice (with your consent at booking) for evidence if a dispute lands.

  • Every booking ends with a student review. A pattern of complaints triggers a manual re-review.

  • Coaches who break the line are removed and their unpaid contractor fees are withheld.

If a coach offered you piloting, asked for your password, promised a specific rank, or wants to sell you an account — tell us and we'll act. Include the coach username, the package, and a screenshot if you have one.
