From application to your first booking

How it works for coaches

  1. Apply

    Tell us your games, ranks, and how you coach. Upload rank proof.

  2. Get vetted

    A human reviews your application — usually within a business day.

  3. Accept the terms

    Tick the white-services agreement. A few short points, no fine print.

  4. Set up payouts

    Connect your bank through Stripe so we can pay you.

  5. Build your profile

    Add packages, prices, your story, and your weekly hours.

  6. Start teaching

    Your profile goes live, students book, and you get paid after each session.

What we look for

  • You have genuinely reached the ranks you want to teach — we verify with screenshots during vetting, and your rank-proof becomes a trust signal on your profile.
  • You can teach, not just play — sessions are about helping a student improve.
  • You work white-services only: no piloting, no account sharing, no guaranteed-rank claims.
  • You deliver and communicate on-platform.

We refuse to sell piloting, carries, or account sharing — that is the whole point of this.

How you get paid

  • You set the rate for each package. Meridevo sells the session at that rate and collects it up front.
  • Meridevo pays your fee after you deliver the session and the review window opens.
  • Meridevo's margin is tiered by trust: new coaches start at the standard margin; Verified and Elite coaches keep more. The better your track record, the more you take home.
  • Your fee goes straight to your bank. We never store your bank details.

Coach FAQ

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Applying is free; Meridevo only earns a margin on completed bookings.
When do I get paid?
After you deliver a session and the review window opens, Meridevo pays your fee to your bank.
Do I control my rate?
Yes — you set the rate for each package and can change it any time. Meridevo sells the session at that rate and pays you the rate less its margin. Your weekly hours are entirely yours.
What is white services?
You teach and review — you never play someone else's account or promise a rank. It keeps the platform clean and your reputation safe.
How long does vetting take?
Usually within one business day; we aim to review every application as fast as we can.
What games can I coach?
