Refund Policy
Last updated: Jul 13, 2026
Overview
This policy explains when you can cancel a booking and obtain a refund. You buy the session from Meridevo, so you deal with Meridevo directly for cancellations, refunds, and disputes — you never have to chase a coach. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.
EU and UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For coaching services there is an important exception: if you expressly ask us to begin the service before the 14 days end, and you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, then once the coaching session has been delivered you can no longer withdraw from that session.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal before a session is delivered using our Right of Withdrawal page, or by contacting support.
Cancellations before a session
A booking can be cancelled before the session starts subject to the cancellation window shown at checkout. Eligible cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
After a session
Once a session has been delivered, it is generally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights and to the dispute process below. If a coach fails to attend, or the service materially fails to match its description, you may be entitled to a refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something goes wrong, contact support first so we can investigate. We review refund requests case by case and in line with applicable consumer law.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
