Confirm and review
After the session ends you confirm delivery and leave a review. If something went wrong, you raise a dispute and an operator looks at it.

Four ways a coach works with you
Duo queue
The coach queues with you in real matches. Coaching happens between rounds and on review of the decisions you both made.
VOD review
You and the coach watch a replay together on a call. They pause, explain, mark up the moments that decided the round.
Async review
You send a replay and your questions. The coach returns a video walk-through and written notes on a deadline you both agree on.
