Pick a coach from the catalog, choose one of their packages, answer their intake questions, and pay. You're buying from Meridevo — if the session isn't delivered, we refund you.

Raise a refund request and an operator reviews it — a coach no-show is refunded in full. If a pattern of no-shows builds up against a coach, they're removed.

We refuse WoW Mythic+ 'coach plays with you' and HoYoverse 'clear-for-you' listings — those are account-sharing in disguise. Standard ranked coaching for those games is fine.

No — sessions are not recorded. Disputes are resolved from the booking record, session chat, and intake answers inside the refund window.
