Pick a coach from the catalog, choose one of their packages, answer their intake questions, and pay. You're buying from Meridevo — if the session isn't delivered, we refund you.

Raise a refund request and an operator reviews it — a coach no-show is refunded in full. If a pattern of no-shows builds up against a coach, they're removed.

After the session ends, you confirm delivery and leave a review. Your refund window stays open for 14 days by default — if the session wasn't delivered as described, you raise a dispute with us and we refund you.

If you raise a dispute inside the refund window — 14 days by default — an operator reviews the booking record and session details + chat + intake answers. A refund reverses the original Stripe transfer cleanly — no awkward chargeback paperwork.

Stripe handles the conversion. You pay Meridevo in your local currency; what your coach is paid, and in which currency, is between Meridevo and the coach.

Manual review of their rank verification, hours-coached evidence, and a TOS gate covering the practices we refuse to sell. We onboard coaches in waves — not as fast as we'd like, but quickly enough.

Apply at /coach/apply. Be ready to share rank proofs, recorded gameplay, and your coaching experience. Every application is reviewed by hand.

Whatever the coach lists. Filter on their language at the catalog. v1 supports English; localised catalogs land when the second locale ships.

No. Never. We refuse piloting in any form. If a coach offers it, report them to safety@rankrise.gg.

We refuse WoW Mythic+ 'coach plays with you' and HoYoverse 'clear-for-you' listings — those are account-sharing in disguise. Standard ranked coaching for those games is fine.

Live sessions record screen + voice with your consent at booking. The recording is kept for 30 days to resolve disputes, then deleted.
