What's your coaching philosophy?
My goal is to make every session practical and easy to apply. I don't believe in overwhelming students with theory. Instead, I focus on identifying the biggest mistakes, explaining why they happen, and giving clear solutions that can immediately improve performance. Every player learns differently, so I adapt my coaching to each student's goals and current skill level.
What do you most love teaching?
I enjoy teaching game sense, positioning, and decision-making the most. Aim improves with practice, but understanding why you make certain decisions is what truly separates good players from great ones. Helping students see the game differently is the most rewarding part of coaching.
What does a first session look like?
The first lesson starts with understanding your goals and current level. We review a recent demo together, identify your biggest weaknesses, and create a clear improvement plan. Before the session ends, you'll know exactly what to focus on in your next games.
Who are you not the right coach for?
I'm direct and honest with my feedback. If you're willing to listen, ask questions, and put in the work, we'll get along very well. My coaching is best suited for players who genuinely want to improve rather than looking for quick shortcuts.
How should a student prepare?
Come with a positive attitude, a working microphone, and one recent demo or match you'd like to review. Think about your biggest struggles so we can spend our time focusing on what matters most.

About me
I recently coached a FACEIT Level 6 player who had solid aim but kept losing games because of poor decision-making and positioning. We reviewed several demos together and focused on fixing the same recurring mistakes instead of chasing highlights. After a few sessions, he became much more consistent, reached Level 8, and told me he finally understood how to impact games even when he wasn't top fragging.
