What's your coaching philosophy?
I coach by identifying the one habit causing the most damage, not everything at once — students improve faster when they fix one thing deeply instead of ten things shallowly. Expect me to review your VODs, ask why you made a decision before telling you what was wrong, and give you one focused drill to carry into your next few games. I check back on that same habit in later sessions instead of moving on, so progress actually sticks instead of fading after the call ends.
What do you most love teaching?
My favorite thing to teach is decision-making under pressure — the split-second choice to peek, hold, or rotate. Mechanics can be drilled alone, but reading a round and choosing the right option in real time is where players actually separate. I love the moment a student stops reacting and starts anticipating; that shift changes their whole game, not just their aim.
What does a first session look like?
Day one starts with a VOD review of 2-3 of your recent ranked games — I want to see how you actually play, not how you think you play. We talk through your decision-making round by round, then I pick the single biggest leak (positioning, utility, aim, comms) and build the rest of the session around it. You leave with one clear drill or habit to focus on, not a laundry list, so you know exactly what "better" looks like before our next call.
Who are you not the right coach for?
I click best with players who want the "why," not just the "what" — if you're willing to sit through VOD breakdowns and answer hard questions about your own decisions, we'll move fast. I'm not the right fit if you want quick tips and hype, or you get defensive when I point out a mistake. I'm direct, not harsh, but I won't just tell you what you want to hear.
How should a student prepare?
Bring 2-3 of your recent ranked VODs (full games, not clips), your in-game rank/role, and one honest sentence on what you think is holding you back. No need to prepare drills or research — I'll build the plan after I see how you actually play.

About me
One student kept dying early in duels despite good aim, his real issue was peeking without info, not mechanics. I had him call out enemy positions before every peek for a week and review VODs with me focusing only on pre-aim and crosshair placement, not kills. Two weeks later his duel win rate jumped noticeably and, more importantly, he started catching his own bad peeks mid-game before I even said anything. That's when I knew it stuck.

How do you adapt your coaching to a student's learning style?
I pay attention to how a student responds early on — some need to see the mistake on VOD before it clicks, others need to feel it by replaying the exact scenario in a custom game. I adjust the ratio of "explain" vs. "show" vs. "practice" per student instead of running one fixed format, and I check in on whether an explanation actually landed before moving to the next point.
